Hi All,
If an ITIL/Non ITIL user submit the catalog item, we are facing the below error
Sorry, either the data don't exist or you don't have the access.
Note:- The issue is in one sub production instance only in a particular instance and this is not occurring for admins.
Can you guys help me if you have the solution.

Is this a record producer for a custom table? It feels like the user (ITIL or non ITIL) just don't have the right to watch the record. Are there any query BR's or ACL's in place to prevent this?
