State Transition model on Change request form is not visible for single user

Hi,

 

State Transition Model on the change request form is not showing for particular user,

user has the role sn_change_write,sn_change_writ , ITIL roles  

Please let me know , what i am missing to  check here

Hi @Neelavathi M ,

looks like you have opened the from in approval view ( change the form view to default) 

approval view

additional info

set the view of the list view of the table to default view so that whenever users clicks on the new button it'll open the record in that particular view

the user must be having user preferences set to approval view

is that user viewing the correct view?

the state model might be added to particular view but your user is looking at other view

Yes, user is using Approval view, that why form appearing differntly, thanks for your reply.
