Hello,
I am new here at ServiceNow and have a question hoping for your help.
I am currently creating an application that can be used to enter metadata for contracts.
After entering and saving the data of a contract, I would like to have the possibility to change the status, like from the status "Contract Setup" to the status "Contract approved". How can i do that? And is there any possibility to inform some one with a specific Role with an email after changing the status?
