Survey on employee portal not showing all questions when viewed on mobile device

Clicking the email from mobile device to take a survey, opens the employee portal on the device.

 

However, when they click to take the survey it is not displaying correctly.

 

It shows the first 2 questions of the 3 questions, but then, after answering the 2nd question, there is not "Next" button to go to the next question.

 

Nor is there a Submit button

I tested in our Dev instance after changing the pagination setting for the service portal on the survey, and it worked just fine.

However, despite matching that setting in our Production instance did not resolve the issue

 

Note:  Prod is on Xanadu release.  Dev is on Yokohama release

 

Any ideas?

these two links talk about the Mobile App - the issue is not on the Mobile App, but on someone clicking the email link to take a survey on their iphone, which automatically opens the Employee portal on their ios (Safari) browser and that is where they are NOT seeing the "Next" or "Submit" buttons.

 

I have verified that the widget pagination is set to the right setting but it does not work
