Survey Question field issue on service portal

Hi All,

I have a issue while creating New field in Ticket closure Customer survey field.

We have created a new field in survey will multiline free text. We are looking to make the below field wide with free text in the survey form.

Backend configurations

Data Type is : String

String option : Multiline

Any help will be much appreciated.
