I'm trying to find out what ServiceNow's recommendations are regarding retention policies for each of these two system tables: [sys_email] and [sys_audit_delete], or what industry best practices exist on this topic: - What are the recommended retention periods and why? - What should I do at the end of the retention period? Destroy or archive? - Do we need to archive them externally?
