I have intergrated Servicenow with Teams to use the chat, ticket notification and employee center. I have been asked by my leadership to see if there is away to monitor the connection between Teams nad ServiceNow and if there is a connection faulure to produce a notification. Does anyone know a option to have this moniorting setup? Has anyone does this with their instances?
