system name appearing while approving/rejecting via portal view in csm case

while approving the record in case while viewing from portal view "system" name is coming instead of username who approve the approval record. when can be the issue?

yes, it is happening in all the cases where we are using approval. it is always showing as "system" via admin or non-admin

in approval record it is showing correct. But in case, same activity showing as updated by "admin"

got the issue. There is an flow designer which is copying latest comments from approval record to case record. And this flow designer is running as "admin". When I change it to "run as user who initiate ..." then comments are not updating at all. what  to be done?

then please check flow is supposed to copy or not?

Please discuss the requirement with your customer once.
