Tabular Report

How to create:

1) A tabular report with following columns - Rating, RITM/Incident number, Open Date, Description, Resolver Group

2)Sev1, sev2 tickets (single score) 

Please help me to solve the problem

Please provide some more clarity to your requirement. Rating? Which rating? Sev1 and Sev2 - Do you mean severity, priority or? In general reports can be created through the report designer based on a chosen table.
