We have implemented a tamplet for our technicians that fills the first line with a very specific and company wide default template that should contain the callers name:
I've tried it with several variables like:
${caller_id.name}
${u_contactuser.name}
${u_caller.name}
and even with "first.name / last.name"
Please help
