There is no change and problem modules in Australia PDI when logged in as admin. Any idea of this?

Hi
Recently lots of same cases have been reported.
You have following option to do.
Option1 : Repair Problem Management plugin (com.snc.problem)
AND Change Management in ServiceNow is Change Management - Core (com.snc.change_management)
Note: After repair, hopefully Application /module for Problem/change will be in place.
Option 2: Release current instance , and request for another Australia PDI
Option 3: If you want to learn/hands-on Upgrade , Request for Zurich PDI ->upgrade to Australia

Refer this question, ITSM plugin itself needs activation or repair.
