Hi,

When i execute test script of A-2 form of portal through ATF tool in ServiceNow then i got below error message 

"This step failed because the client error 'onSubmit script error: ReferenceError: g_scratchpad is not defined
function () { [native code] }' was detected on the page being tested. See failing Test Logs. To ignore these errors in the next test run, use 'Add all client errors to warning/ignored list' links."

Could you please how to solve this problem.

are you getting same error while submitting using manual testing?

did you run the test after adding that error to Ignore list?

Did it run fine then?
