Hi,
I need to generate a report with the % of incidents met response SLA. I have chosen table as incident.SLA and put the conditions as has breached is false. It is showing the time with the below screenshot conditions. What should i select in the aggregation to get the % ?
Please refer the below screenshot and help me with this.
Thanks

Thanks Timi for your response.
Can you share the configure tab details for the Bar chart you have created ?

If you really need to put the percentage as a number in a report, you will need PA, but as Tai Vu said: you can use a Pie chart (or donut, or half donut) to group by 'has breached'. It may need some explanation that 'false' is good and 'true' is bad (logically it sounds the other way around), so make sure to add green and red as the colors used on the graph. If you add labels to it, you will see the percentages on the graph itself.
And by selecting a certain SLA definition in your conditions, you can check it from all kinds of definitions. Put them on a dashboard and you have a great overview. You can then even put an interactive date filter on it, so you can select the period on which you need to look (loose the 'closed on last month' condition if you do so).
