Transferring to live agent more than once.

Hi,

 

I am trying to provide an option for users to retry connecting to a live agent after no live agents accepted their chat in the first attempt.

 

I created a queue trigger when the max wait time is reached to trigger a flow that presents users with the option to connect to a  live agent again.

 

In the flow, I use vaSystem.connectToAgent() to transfer to an agent, but the conversation just ends.

 

Anyone ever encountered this issue or properly implemented post options to handle situations when no live agents connected to the user?

 

Also, is there a way to not provide the option to the user, if they want to proceed with the queue trigger flow?
