Translations issue in Portal - not translating the widget name

Hi There,

I have translated text in the (sys_translated_text) table but it'not translating .

in case menu translation are happening but in widget it's not happeing, How can i in widget also.

If it's an OOB widget and text is coming from it then it should translate.

Is that widget a custom one which contains the text "My Lists"?

it's a OOB widget, Data base of URL definition widget they cloned, 

but for widget thing it's not working
