Trigger email notification when Service now Case is closed.

I want to generate email notifications when a case (incident or query) is closed by the customer with the first comment. Since I am new to ServiceNow, your inputs are appreciated

Just create a notification with the trigger 'case is closed'.

I would suggest taking the Fundamentals course to get yourself familiar with the platform.
