Unable to Create A new Record producer due to no_delivery_time_v2 variable

Hi Everyone,
I am creating a new record producer, but unable to insert it as these variables :

request_method (is not nil) & no_delivery_time_v2 (is set to true). Due to this Variable portal setting Business rule is triggering leading to no submission.
Error : This is a wrong configuration for Record Producer.
Please help, will mark your answer 'Helpful'.
