create report for Ticket Ageing

Hi All, 

I need to create a report where ageing calculate from the date is assigned to i.e L2 group, L1 is different group.

how can i achieve this? what filter i can apply in the incident report so that it calculates the ageing from the date it is assigned to L2 group.
