Unable to edit the outage record in New state of the change request. Ideally, there should be access to edit the fields in the outage records in New state.

Hi @Anjani Anand,

 

I tested this in my PDI and was able to create and edit outages in the New state. Please see the screenshots below for reference:

Please check whether you have the necessary roles to edit the records, or if there is a Business Rule preventing edits in the new state.
