Unable to see the Show live feed ui action in incident form , Even ui action is set to true.

Make sure you follow below steps below correctly:

1) Table = Incident and Form context menu is true.

2)Check the condition of the UI Action.

Result:

"If this response was useful, please select 'Accept as Solution' and mark it as 'Helpful.' This helps me provide better answers and assists the community ".

Hi Pradeep

Recently we have upgraded to Washington version. so it is not showing. is there any replace for the "Show live feed". ui action in Washington version.

Yes, Even for me that UI Action is not working. I'm not sure how that button is useful. Let me check if I find any document I'll share with you.
