Update CI, Priority and short description on RITM ONSUBMIT

Hello All,

I have a requirement that I have to update the "CI" field, "Priority" field, "Short description" field on an RITM.

These values should be picked from the variables while submitting the catalog item.

how to achieve this task ? please help

Hello @David Cross ,

You can write a Business Rule (on insert) to get the values populated on RITM basis on variable value on catalog item.
