I want to add caller field on create incident form on mobile app.

I want to add 'caller field' on create incident form on mobile app and it should be similar like caller field of incident form on instance.

In below image, I have added caller field from legacy card but its not editable how can I make it editable on incident form.

Hi MayurChaudhari,

In the Details screen (2nd screenshot) we cannot usually edit any field values. If you are referring to the top screenshot, is it coming from a record producer? If yes, then just add the caller field to the record producer and it will show up on mobile.
