Update fields on hardware form when assigned to changes

Hello! it's so critical for me this need

I want to know which  OOB (Business rules or client script) is responsible for the auto populate of hardware fields please. i customised some filds on [alm_hardware] and i can't auto populate them. Thank you

are you sure the assigned to user has cost center, department and company populated in user record?

As @Ankur Bawiskar told the screenshot you provided has OOB fileds, there is no Custom change reflexes can you please provide whole code screenshot where you add your custom fields. so we can examine the code or logic behind.
