I had to create a new catalog item but forgot that when I start a new catalog item, I don't need to create an update set for it, but I had created an update set and then followed the steps we use to create a new Catalog Itemm as outlined below.
We don't create an Update Set...we start the new catalog item in Maintain Items with the name, catalog / category, description, short description, meta, flow, and then edit it in the Catalog Builder. The update date set for the new catalog item is then created when you submit the item from Catalog Builder. It contains all the info created in Catalog Builder and that info that was entered when it was started in Maintain Items.
My question is, would everything have gotten captured in the update set created by the Catalog Builder, or do I need to also include the update set I accidentally created before starting the new Catalog Item? I completed that update set I created before I started editing in catalog builder so it seems like I should be okay without it, but I would appreciate a more experienced person's opinion / help with this question. Thank you!

@Mike LHCG1 If your catalog item is built using Catalog builder than you do not need to create your own update set. An update set is automatically created for you when you build a catalog item using Catalog builder. Also, you do not need to migrate anything from the update set created by you. Everything should be taken care of the update set created by the Catalog item builder. Hope this helps.
