Hi Experts'
We have license for ITSM Pro and have 'Ansible Spoke' available . This is for ServiceNow to Ansible integration.
Q: Do we need to open ports for this communication. Ideally may be I am wrong here it is https 443 and yes port has to be opened.
Is it needed or using spoke does not require that. If that's the case its definitely needed and customer is not ready to open the port what is the alternate way?
Please suggest
Thanks

Hi @Nisha30
Yes, port 443 is generally needed for communication if the Ansible server is external.
If the customer is not ready to open the port, using a MID Server would be the most common and secure alternative within their environment.
i hope my answer helps you to resolve your issue, if yes please mark my answer helpful and correct.
thank you
