Use Ai search, NLU in Virtual agent to show incidents in chat just like catalog items

Hey everyone,

 

I need suggestion that is it even  possible to show incident cards directly if an end user types the incident number directly in chat. I have seen this work for kb articles and catalog items. If an end user type the catalog item name or kb article number the va bot will present that catalog item of kb article. But can this be done for incidents or other records?

 

If not by ai search how can this be approached
