User can't login to nowmobile app from their mobile

After the upgrade to Yokohoma, some users can't login to nowmobile app. They uninstalled and reinstalled the app and it worked, however for one user, it shows this error -
What needs to be done here?

From my understanding of how Microsoft Entra works, there most likely is an expired certificate still stored on the their device and that gets tied to the work account on your phone.
They most likely would need to removed the Microsoft account, restart, and add it back. If they are on android that is usually settings -> accounts and backup -> manage accounts (or something similar depending on version). I don't have ios, so not sure for that system. Also make sure they have an additional method setup for MFA just in case.
This should force their device to refresh or register the needed certificate.
