We are using the OOTB "Follow Up" field on our SN instance.
I have a requirement that when the Follow Up field is set with a date the agent will be following up on either a task or incident that an email is sent on the "Follow up" date is met.
The email notification to be sent to the "assigned to"
Looking for assistance on how to either set a BR or Flow and which would work best.
Thanks in advance

Hello @Roshni1 ,
What is the type of the "Follow up" field in your instance?
OOTB it is a Date/Time field.
Did you change the type? From your screen shots it looks almost like a plain text field.
Is the date picker opening when you click on the field in the condition builder?
Regards,
Robert

Hello @Roshni1 ,
Are you using the OOTB "Follow up" field, which is a date/time field?
The "is" condition is not available for this field type, which makes me think you may have a custom field with the same name.
Can you please expand the Look up Incident Records section and take a screen shot of the condition details. Did you select these options:
Also, did you verify that there are in fact any active Incidents where the Follow up date is today (as per the time zone of the user running the flow)?
If all of this is verified, what is the output when your use the Test button on the Flow? Does it find some records? If so then the issue is with the Notification configuration.
Regards,
Robert

Hi Robert
So I have tried both the Follow up and Follow up date field an both still showing "IS" see attached.
I did also add a follow up date in the fields for testing.
This is the test but the notification is not firing.
It seems like it could be the "Follow up" field itself
Thanks again
