UX Form Action 'Resolve' update UI data but do not save in Service Operations Workspace

Hello Community, 

 

There is an OOB UI Action called "Resolve" on incident form within Service Operation Workspace.

When I click button, enter data to pop-up fields and click "Resolve", all data is inputted correctly, but form do not save.

I was hoping someone could give a suggestion to make this work.

@RaghavSh I found rootcause ... 
Because the development team has customized the global 'Save' button to remove it from the SOW INC form..."
That customization makes the 'Resolve' button unable to work correctly.

when you click OOTB Resolve it expects a knowledge article to be attached and then only update will be allowed

Unfortunately, we've customized the 'Resolution Code' choices, and the current choices do not have any relation to the article.
Also, when I click 'Resolve', I don't face any error... just form cannot be save ...
