VA : Catalog item links open in Virtual Agent Popup Content

Hi Team,

 

My catalog item links open in browser with below links.

 

https://myinstance.service-now.com/now/virtual-agent/content/catalog/65c81246dbee3bc0448880e23996196...

 

How can I make sure that it opens in the Service portal or the portal configured for my org?

did you check which topic is that and how it is configured to render that catalog item?

is it via some script etc?

I have installed Virtual Agent lite and Agent chat. Configured Agent chat for agents to transfer the queues.

 

All Topics which comes from Virtual Agent lite are readonly and no new topic can be created in this version. Topics are all OOB.

 

I am just wondering from where that link is being populated and how can that be updated. If it would have been a topic then it would have down an option to select. Its the search result which gives that link. 

 

When I click on "Request this item", it opens in https://myinstance.service-now.com/now/virtual-agent/content/catalog/65c81246dbee3bc0448880e23996196...

Did you get this sorted? I have a similar requirement.
I tried changing the payload in action declaration for view config bundles in EVAM, even that didn't help me.
Can you give some inputs?
