VA : Catalog item links open in Virtual Agent Popup Content

Hi Team,

My catalog item links open in browser with below links.

https://myinstance.service-now.com/now/virtual-agent/content/catalog/65c81246dbee3bc0448880e23996196...

How can I make sure that it opens in the Service portal or the portal configured for my org?

Hi Khanna,

If you don't want to open the catalog item in the pop-up, please set the glide.sc.va.render_type.legacy property to true. The catalog item will be displayed in the configured portal.
