Hi All,
Hope you are doing well.
So in topics like "Open IT Ticket 2.0" we have replaced the topic block utility "Contextual search" with "AI Search", but in "Search Knowledge Base" topic the "Contextual search" is scripted, and when we are using AI search we are missing the Snippets. We are trying to acihive a similar looking output as "OOTB Behaviour" while using AI search. Is there any way to achive this?
