VA Search metrics export to excel?

Hej.

We recently started to use AI Search for VA, which looks really good. Now we need to follow-up on the user search metrics (VA Analytics -> User Search Metrics -> AI Search). It looks to be presented the same way that Contextual Search is, which is limited to 5 results per page, only percentage value (not numerical), and ofc this leads to different variations of [greeting] being displayed at the top.

It would be helpful if we could extract the results into Excel, to be able to search and filter. But I'm not sure if this is possible.

Question:

How do we extract the User Search Metrics to Excel?

Is there a way to get more info?

Thank you!

Hello @RemiWinther,

To export Virtual Agent (VA) Search metrics to Excel in ServiceNow, you can navigate to the VA Analytics dashboard, find the "User Search Metrics" section, and then right-click on a column header to select "Export > Excel"This will generate an Excel file containing the VA Search data for analysis.

Detailed Steps:
  1. 1. Access VA Analytics:
Navigate to the Virtual Agent application in ServiceNow.

  2. 2. Locate User Search Metrics:
Within the VA application, go to "VA Analytics" and then find the "User Search Metrics" section.

  3. 3. Open the Relevant Report:
Find the specific report or list view displaying the VA Search data you want to export.

  4. 4. Export to Excel:
    • Right-click on any of the column headers within the report list.

    • Select "Export" from the context menu.

    • Choose "Excel" as the export format.

    • The system will generate an Excel file containing the data, and you will be prompted to download it
