Hi @Nilesh Pol1 ,
OOB there is nothing that can help identify as it is not configured. If so, you will have to customize the UI Action: Copy Change.
What i would do personally is , check the Change number, i one created first will have earlier number and copied one will have later number.

Hi @Nilesh Pol1 ,
using Copy Change UI action will create a clone of a new change in a ''DRAFTING'' state (unsaved), On visiblity prespective there will not be any message or identifier stating its a copy of XXX change.
If needed you can customize it to show some message of copy change... The objective of copy change is to quickly draft a new change with all similar info that of your old change request. (u must click on save or update after cloning change request.)
