View option is not visible at RITM Form

Hi,
I am currently working on a custom process where I need to create and use a specific view. However, I am unable to see the View option on the RITM form, as shown in the screenshot below.
But, the view is visible in the RITM list view see the screenshot below:
Could someone please help me understand why the view option is not visible on the RITM form and how I can enable it?
Any assistance would be greatly appreciated.

even for admins that view option is not coming?

Could you please try something... type sc_req_item.list on the left side menu, open any requested item and check if you still cannot see the view option.

Navigate to UI context menu > then search for "View" :
Then see if any changes need to be done according to this ootb settings ->
In my Instance it is visible on both layout.
