I have enabled AI Search Fallback Topic on Instance, In virtual agent typing of few key word Like incident, company name then other related topic appearing but It's not working for knowledge base keyword like Laptop, WIFI, Desktop, generic.
How can I fix this issue on Virtual agent perspective.
