What is the difference between Platform Analytics and UI Builder?

Which one is newer/better of the 2?

What are advantages/disadvantages of both?

Which one is recommended?

 

I don't see many courses on either and I'm not able to judge the accuracy of the data.

(Conversational Interfaces > VA Dashboard) -- Drilling down on Active Users, Conversations, VA Success, Topic flows completed are giving "Error while processing request." and there are missing transcripts and missing details

What makes a topic complete or incomplete?

The 'user feedback'  isn't bringing back any data.

How do I find out adoption rate?

Any answers to any of the questions would be much appreciated!
