virtual agent and service catalog

We have a variable set for all the catalog items in software category, and we want to make the virtual agent to ask questions dynamically without designing flows and all, but this is feeling impossible, and we know a way to place order using cart API, but that is a manual process. so is there any way that we can make it dynamic.

one more thing I don't know why request catalog item TB is not working. if I use it it shows issues are there in virtual agent chat.

So Is manual way is the only option(using cart api) that is there to order from virtual agent?
