Virtual Agent Callback feature

I need solution for below scenario..

When no Live Agent is available Virtual Agent User should be able to schedule call or chat back  in their preferred time. How to configure and enable these feature in VA?

Note- I know about the "Schedule callback" option under Virtual Agent settings, but I can't see this option.

@surabhigupt I think it's a custom logics, I never did that myself, so you must start yourself and try to build something useable and eventually improve and enhance it
