Virtual agent chat idle timeout

Hi All,

Need a bit of your help, 

 

I am currently facing a requirement where I have to change the timeout settings of idle virtual agent chat on the portal that we have created.

I changed this system property:  com.glide.cs.conversation_idle_timeout and also configured the scheduled job: 

Time Out Abandoned VA Conversations. But somehow its not working for me. What could be the reason ? 

 

I have checked it on PDI , and its worked fine. Is this setting only for servcie portal ? Does creating a new portal requires someother configuration to be done?

Guide me where to look for to get it corrected.
