Help in VA chat header log background colour

Hi Community,

Need help in Virtual Agent chat header logo background color ,As my chat header log/icon is white color it is not reflecting in chat window. How we can change the header log background color to something apart from white.

Navigate to Conversational Interfaces -> General -> Branding -> Select the Branding

You might need to change chat header logo image

Hi there,

The chat header icon background... I don't think that's part of the branding, I have to reproduce. Though I would think that's just the icon. So give the icon itself a background color.

It got resolved by changing the background of icon.
