Hi there,

Actually there are multiple tables involved. So only cleaning one table is not enough. Also ServiceNow did prepare several Table Cleaners, though not all are active and left up to the customer to decide.

I've mentioned multiple ones in this article:

Conversations data has a retention of "3 months"
