Hi,
We want to implement filter conditions on the OOB Virtual agent dashboard. I tried doing so but could not achieve it on the existing widgets but it is possible on the new ones which we create. We want to filter most of the widgets on the dashboard "by country" and "by personas" to check the results. Is there any possible way to do so? Else is it better to go forward an create a new dashboard?
