Hey @GlideFather, I was able to change it. There is a table called sys_cs_branding_setup that contains all the branding configurations. It has a field named ‘placeholder text’, where we can add whatever text we want to display

Thanks for your help 🙂

Hi @ganeshnunsa,

maybe you can investigate where does that phrase come from, it doesn't sound naturally and thus I don't think it's OOTB but rather a custom one...

Where have you seen it before you checked the UI Messages? It can be hard coded somewhere in the VA topic or anywhere else.

EDIT:

another possibility are the sys properties, I haven't found any with the value you asked for but you can re-adjust the filters as seen below and filter by name (containing "chat", "conversation" etc), description ("virtual agent", "agent", ...) etc.

This is just an example that some of the phrases/keys are fetched from sys props, the filtering needs to be done to match your requirement better

The VA is OOB i have tried in PDI and other instance also i am not able to locate the message in sys_ui_message table

Then please share the OOTB record - where you found it? My PDI doesn't contain it anywhere, perhaps a subject to some plugin/module...

Please @ganeshnunsa  show me in your instance where you saw that message
