Virtual Agent integration with teams is not working as expected

Virtual Agent integration with teams is suggesting articles in teams to a user who does not have a privilege to access or read those articles.

 

Facing below issue:
"You do not have sufficient privileges to access this knowledge item"

Found the Root Cause:
The service account/user account used for "virtual agent integration with teams" has access to all articles so, it is suggesting articles even though user does not have access to those articles.

Fix:
We need to configure such that the suggested articles in teams should be based on user criteria not based on user criteria used for integration.
