Virtual Agent Interaction Record Association - Related Tasks Ticket Number Missing

Hello everyone, 

 

We are working on rolling out Virtual Agent at our company and one of the questions that I've been asked is related to being able to determine when a ticket is opened by someone while they're interacting with Virtual Agent. I've read that the ticket number should be found in the Interaction record under the Related Tasks related list (see link and screenshot below). 

 

How can I populate this data since it isn't currently populating?
