Hi team,
One user of my company reported that the VA is not working for him on MS teams, he is not getting notifications.
I called him and I notice that he is not getting all the options that we have in our VA in MS teams.
He only gets 'Check status of tickets' and 'live agent support' but we have many other options.
The weird thing is that in the SNOW portal the VA is working perfectly not sure what's happening on MS teams.
NOTE* the only weird thing that I notice is that he has more than one user in snow, only one is activated. Not sure if that maybe causing the issue.
If you can help me, I'll really appreciate it.
