Virtual Agent Profanity filter

Hi,

 

i configured the virtual agent within the san diego release. I am trying to use the profanity filter for the virtual agent. I download the correct plugins as per the documentation, but it dosnt work for the virtual agent. Is this option only for Agent chat?

Hello,

 

Follow the steps :

1. Navigate >All > Plugin & download the 'Profanity Filter' plugin.

2. Go to application Navigator>Conversational Interfaces>Home. Click on settings>Agent Chat>Agent chat futures>Profanity Detection. Click on view all. Check the profanity filter is active.
