Hello Team,

I am stuck on the following step. Can anyone tell me how to configure it in Virtual Agent?

Create a new application

• Create a new application called CD NLU - Your name and today's date (ex. CD NLU - Joe Employee 2-25-21)

Hi!

You have to go to the Application Scopes (on the header menu) 

then view the list of applications -> 

and click "New" button. 

That's it!

Hi @Khalid9030,

Please go to the studio in the left navigation and create a new application followed by naming convention - CD NLU - Your name and today's date (ex. CD NLU - Joe Employee 2-25-21)
