Hi Team,
We have received a requirement to initiate a virtual agent chat based on schedules "8-5 business days excluding holidays" , Here we need to display welcome message based on business hours and allow user to initiate a chat.
1. If off business hours just display a message "Chat support is not available now" and terminate chat
2. if business hours display welcome message and allow user to continue chat.
